Description: We are currently looking for experienced handymen and tradesmen on a steady part time basis to service Pleasanton, Livermore and Danville area, that have skills in the following aspects of home repair and improvement, including some of the following; carpentry rough and finish, electrical, painting, drywall and plastering,stucco, windows, HVAC, texturing, remodeling, plumbing, roofing, ceramic tiling, gardening cement and general home repairs. We are looking for honest, consciences individuals who are committed to providing quailty work.

8 to 24 Hours a week - Evenings and Weekends possible

Work at your own pace (Retired Workers is ok)

   

Location:

Pleasanton and Livermore California
Minimum Experience: 5 years minimum experience in the Commercial or Home improvement or construction trades, or excellent home repair skills with references. A vehicle for hauling tools and material to the jobs , Tools for your trade, · A cell phone, · Professional job references and personal references. You must also live within 20 miles from Pleasanton, CA.
Product Knowledge: Can you do the following
- change a faucet
- replace a water heater
- replace a toilet or wax ring
- replace lights, switches, or outlets
- install a GFI Outlet
- Paint a bathroom
- hang or plane a door
- replace deck boards
- repair sprinklers
Start Date: Immediate
Job Term: Part Time - By The Project
Salary Range: $15 - $30 based on previous experience (Part Time / Medical Optional)
$10 - $15 For Handyman Helper (less experience)
Function:   Maintenance, Repair, New Construction and Remodeling
Hours: Flexible: 8 to 24 Hours a week - Evenings and Weekends possible
