General Manager Trainee (Field Service) Description: As a Guardian General Manager Trainee, you will be trained to become a company General Manager for an IT Field Services Company. You will be assisting a senior manager, working side by side learning how to manage the day to day operations of our business. Using our systems to provide service to our clients, vendors and employees. You will be interacting with vendors, contractors, employee's and clients. You will be learning how to operate a technology firm from operations, service delivery, HR, customer service and accounting. Requirements: The Manager Trainee position requires a minimum of 3 years experience providing computer repair in a datacenter enviroment. You must have some experience with the computer service industry and some customer service experience. Experience with accounting would be helpfull but not required. You can be expected to long hours working evenings and weekends as required.     Location: Pleasanton, California Minimum Experience: We require that you have a minimum of 3 years experience working on Data Center Level computer hardware like HP, Dell, EMC, Sun Microsystems, Cisco and Storage hardware as a service technician. Experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware problems with Data Center servers and not just system administration issues is required. Experience with other hardware is helpfull such as printers, network hardware etc. Experience with accounting would be helpfull but not required. Start Date: Immediate Job Term: Full Time Salary $30,000 to $40,000 salary per year for 1st year. Pay Increases after 1st year. Potential of $50,00 to $80,000 after three years.
