Operations Manager Trainee

tech companies, computer resellers, computer manufacturers, fortune
1000 companies, local, state and federal government, hospitals, colleges,
retail firms and manufacturing companies throughout North America, Canada
and Mexico..
Description: As a Guardian Operations Manager Trainee, you will be assisting our Senior Operations Manager working side by side learning how to manage the day to day operations of the business offices. Using a computerized accounting system to pay vendors and service clients. Learn to supervise a small clerical staff. Process service contracts, vendor agreements, purchase orders, credit cards, contractor inquiries and payments. You will be interacting with vendors, contractors, employee's and clients. You will be learning how to operate a technology firm from operations, HR, customer service and accounting. You will not be directly involved in the repair of computers and networks or selling services. Requirements: The Operations Manager Trainee position requires a minimum of 3 years clerical experience. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll is helpful but not required . If you have experience with a service company that is very helpful but not required. You will be expected to work from 50 to 60 hours per week working evenings and weekends as required.
