Operations Manager Trainee

industry. Guardian provides on-site computer service agreements to high
tech companies, computer resellers, computer manufacturers, fortune
1000 companies, local, state and federal government, hospitals, colleges,
retail firms and manufacturing companies throughout North America, Canada
and Mexico..
Description:The Manager Trainee positions requires a minimum of 2 years clerical or administrative experience. This is a full time position and pays $24,000 the first and 2nd year $30,000 the third year $40,000 the fourth year and $50,000 the fifth year. You will be be given training to run a company. You don't need to know how to run a company coming in. All it takes is the desire to learn, the right attitude, the right business knowledge basics, excellent work ethic, plenty of energy, with some organization and multi-tasking skills. You will be working in a variety of departments in our company to give you what it takes to run a company. Starting with office management, accounting and then in the customer service, sales, and then service departments. You will not be directly involved in the repair of computers and networks or selling services. Requirements: Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll is helpful but not required . If you have experience with a service company that is very helpful but not required. You will be expected to work more than 40 hours per week working evenings and weekends as needed.
